Notes for Application
Please submit in person (include the following documents)
a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate and a copy of the child’s Injection Card.
a photo (please paste it on the application form)
4 self-addressed envelopes (please write the student's name, address and stick a stamp on each envelope)
a completed application form
$40 application fee (The application fee is non-refundable)

Interview Arrangement
Our school will arrange interviews for all applicants for the Nursery Class.
面見於2026年11月進行，本幼稚園會另函通知家長日期及時間
All applicants will be interviewed by the school in small groups and/or
individually. Parents need to accompany their child for the interview.
When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are welcomed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication. Admission results
本幼稚園將於2026年12月11日前以郵遞方式通知家長取錄結果

Registration Arrangements
家長須於2027年1月7至9日(星期四至星期六)（「統一註冊日」）內的指定時間到本幼稚園辨理註冊手續，並須提交「2027/28電子註冊證」及繳交註冊費
$970 for half-day session and $1,570 for whole-day session.
如有關兒童入讀本校，本校會於2027年9月開學後退回註冊費
如家長將會為子女轉校，請提早一個月以書面形式通知校方，家長可取回「2027/28註冊證」，但註冊費將不獲發還

Applicants on the Waiting List
Should accepted applicants choose to give up their placement, waitlisted
applicants will be informed individually by telephone to register at our kindergarten on
specified dates, and will need to submit the original copy of the “Registration
Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” along with the registration fee.

Half-day and Whole-day K1, K2 and K3.

Parent(s) being current or former staff of our school
Sibling(s) studying in our school
Parent(s) or sibling(s) being a graduate of our school
Interview performance of the applicant
For whole-day session applications, special family needs will be taken into consideration (e.g. both parents are working in the family)
