Opening of Application
Application forms will be available and accepted starting September 1, 2026 on Monday. (Forms are distributed and accepted year-round with no quota limits.)
Forms may be collected in person at our school or downloaded it from the link below

Notes for Application
Please submit in person (include the following documents)
a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate and a copy of the child’s Injection Card.
a photo (please paste it on the application form)
4 self-addressed envelopes (please write the student's name, address and stick a stamp on each envelope)
a completed application form
$40 application fee (The application fee is non-refundable)

Interview Arrangement
Our school will arrange interviews for all applicants for the Nursery Class.
Interviews will be held in November 2026. The kindergarten will notify parents of the date and time by separate letter.
All applicants will be interviewed by the school in small groups and/or
individually. Parents need to accompany their child for the interview.
When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are welcomed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication. Admission results
The kindergarten will notify parents of the admission results by mail on or before December 11, 2026.

Registration Arrangements
Parents must complete the registration procedures at the kindergarten during the designated time between January 7 to 9, 2027 (Thursday to Saturday) (the 'Centralised Registration Dates'), and submit the '2027/28 Electronic Registration Certificate' along with the registration fee.
$970 for half-day session and $1,570 for whole-day session.
If the child is admitted and enrolls in our school, the school will refund the registration fee after the start of the school term in September 2027.
If parents decide to transfer their child to another school, they must notify the school in writing one month in advance. Parents may retrieve the '2027/28 Registration Certificate', but the registration fee will not be refunded.

Applicants on the Waiting List
Should accepted applicants choose to give up their placement, waitlisted
applicants will be informed individually by telephone to register at our kindergarten on
specified dates, and will need to submit the original copy of the “Registration
Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” along with the registration fee.
